Insurance Restoration
Damage happens fast. The claim shouldn't slow the fix down.
Storm, fire, and water damage — documented, claimed, and rebuilt by one contractor from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Active damage right now?
Call first. A board-up or tarp today is cheaper than the damage that spreads overnight.
What we restore
Four kinds of damage, one contractor.
Storm damage
Wind, hail, and fallen trees — roof punctures, siding tear-off, and the water intrusion that follows once the envelope is breached.
Fire & smoke damage
Structural rebuild after fire, plus smoke and soot remediation in rooms the fire itself never reached.
Water damage
Burst pipes, sump failures, and storm intrusion — emergency extraction and structural drying. See our dedicated water mitigation page for the full process.
Wind & hail
Roof and exterior damage from a specific weather event — the kind insurers want documented with dates and evidence, not just described.
Our process
Mitigate, claim, rebuild.
Restoration and reconstruction are usually two different companies pointing at each other. We do both, so there's one number to call when something isn't right.

- 01
Emergency response
Board-up, tarping, and water extraction to stop the damage from spreading while the claim gets underway.
- 02
Documentation
Photos, moisture readings, and a written scope built for your adjuster, not just for you.
- 03
Insurance coordination
We work the claim directly with your insurer so the scope of work and the approved scope actually match.
- 04
Full rebuild
Same contractor from tear-out to final paint — roofing, drywall, flooring, and everything between.
Insurance
We document for the adjuster, not just for you.
Claims get denied or underpaid on missing evidence more than anything else. From the first visit we log photos of every affected area, a written scope, and daily progress records.
You get that file whether or not you hire us for the rebuild. An adjuster's first scope is an opening position, not a final answer.

Common questions
Straight answers.
If yours isn't here, call and ask. We'd rather explain it now than have you find out mid-project.
Do you work directly with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage, write the scope, and coordinate with your adjuster so the claim reflects the actual work needed — not just their first estimate.
What's the difference between this and your water mitigation page?
This page covers restoration broadly — storm, fire, and water damage, plus the insurance claims process for all of it. Water mitigation is the specific emergency-extraction-and-drying process for active water loss; it has its own page with more detail on that process.
How fast can you respond after storm or fire damage?
We aim to be on site within 24 hours for emergency mitigation — board-up, tarping, or extraction — to stop damage from spreading while the claim is being filed.
Is my damage actually covered?
Sudden, accidental damage — a storm, a fire, a burst pipe — is typically covered. Gradual damage and neglect usually aren't. We document from the first visit so there's evidence behind the claim either way.
Do I need to get my own contractor for the rebuild, separate from restoration?
No. We handle mitigation and reconstruction under one roof, so nobody can point at "the other company" when something doesn't line up.
Every hour counts.
If damage is active right now, call. If it already happened and you're not sure where to start with the claim, we can walk you through that too.
